Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love your Hayley&Co purchase. If you are unahppy with the goods for any reason, please return it to us for a refund or an exchange.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be returned to Hayley&Co in the same condition as they were sent and have not been altered, tampered with or worn.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@hayleyandco.co.uk.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your item, please send us an email at hello@hayleyandco.co.uk and we'll do our best to help and provide information on the next steps. We can only offer exchanges within 30 days of you making your purchase, upon receipt of the unwanted item. You will be full responsible for the costs to return the unwanted item to us.
Faulty/Damaged items
If your order arrives and the item is faulty/damaged, please contact us via email at Hello@hayleyandco.co.uk
We will do our best to send out a replacement item, or if not, will issue a full refund upon receipt of the faulty/damaged item.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hayley&Co, 17 Elbow Wood Drive, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 9ZD, UK.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
